Purchase Processing
All purchases of CameraSetup products are processed through Lemon Squeezy (lemonsqueezy.com), which acts as the merchant of record for all transactions. As merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy is the legal seller of record to you as the customer and is responsible for payment processing, invoicing, and the handling of refunds and disputes. By completing a purchase, you also agree to Lemon Squeezy's terms of service and applicable policies.
Refund requests
Our products are digital downloads, made available to you immediately upon purchase. For this reason, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a purchase has been delivered.
