This Refund Policy applies to all purchases of digital products sold by Camera Setup Services B.V. ("CameraSetup", "we", "us" or "our"). If you have questions about this policy, you may contact us at support@camerasetup.co.
Purchase processing
All purchases of CameraSetup products are processed through Lemon Squeezy (lemonsqueezy.com), which acts as the merchant of record for all transactions. As merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy is the legal seller of record to you as the customer and is responsible for payment processing, invoicing, and the handling of refunds and disputes.
By completing a purchase, you also agree to Lemon Squeezy's Buyer Terms, Privacy Policy, and any other applicable policies they publish. These address the waiver of your right of withdrawal in connection with digital content delivered immediately. We recommend reviewing these terms and policies in full before purchasing.
Refund requests
Because of the nature of digital products, we generally do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a purchase has been delivered. Refunds may be granted on a case-by-case basis at our discretion or, ultimately, at the discretion of Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record.
If you would like to request a refund, please contact us first at support@camerasetup.co with your order number, and we will review your request. If we are unable to resolve your request, you can escalate the matter to Lemon Squeezy directly through their support channels.
If you have any questions about a product before buying, we are happy to help you decide. If you experience any issues accessing or downloading your purchase, please contact us at support@camerasetup.co with your order number and we will make sure you get access to everything you paid for.
Chargebacks
Because Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record, any payment dispute or chargeback raised with your bank or card issuer is handled between you and Lemon Squeezy, not CameraSetup. If you believe there is an issue with a charge, we strongly encourage you to contact us at support@camerasetup.co or Lemon Squeezy first, before initiating a chargeback. Most issues can be resolved quickly and directly.
Applicability
This Refund Policy applies solely to purchases made through CameraSetup. It does not apply to any third-party products, services, or platforms. CameraSetup advises customers to consult the applicable policies of any third-party platforms they interact with directly.
Updates
CameraSetup reserves the right to amend or update this Refund Policy at any time at its sole discretion. Any material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of CameraSetup's products following such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
